Origin
On 23 August 2026, the account @enodyor published a community post stating that the newly adopted Kabosu Mama cat is named Yomogi, citing a Japanese magazine feature and accompanying photographs, and included the contract address.
Why it gained attention
The Kabosu household has an established lineage in the memecoin market: earlier cats associated with the family, including Ginnan and Tsutsuji, each produced tokens that reached substantial valuations. Traders treated Yomogicoin as the continuation of that lineage.
